how hard is it to install Injectors? and im sure just about everyone has heard bama say you need 47 pound Injectors to run E85. and these are the injectors im looking at off AM Does anyone have a reason has to why these would not work? I know they say 05-09gt but they should still fit just fine. Im just hoping the adaptors are correct.

That link goes to injectors for the 05-09 gt which had the 4.6 motor. I'm not sure if it's they fit the coyote.

As far as install it's easy. Pull the fuse to the fuel pump and start the car and let it run out of fuel to clear out the lines.

Unbolt anything holding the fuel rails down. And undo the electrical connection to each injector.

Then you slide out the little metal clips and the injectors should pull right out.

On the new ones use a little oil on the o rings to seat them in and do the reverse to install.

It was CAKE. I did mine a week and a half ago. Those ARE the correct injectors. When I was purchasing, AM said they only had a half set in stock. I got mine from LMR, and the part number is the same for all 5.0 coyote.

You'll want to relieve fuel pressure by pulling the fuel pump relay fuse (check your owners manual for fuse location) and cranking for a while.

Remove the plastic engine cover. You'll see a blue/black clip on the fuel line where it goes into the fuel rail. Put some rags under this to catch spilled fuel. Use two fingers to push the blue piece up and unlock the clip. Slide it off the fuel rail. Watch for flying fuel. :)

There are 8 10mm bolts that hold lines and fuel rails in place. Unbolt these and move the big lines out of the way. Unclip all 8 injectors. Pull the fuel rails out with injectors on them.

When you get the fuel rail off dump any leftover fuel into a bucket. Then you'll unclip the metal clips and pull off the injectors. I would do them one by one so you have a guide on how they go back in. I used spit on my o-rings, as I've always done. Works like a charm.

When you go to put the fuel rail and injectors back on the motor, get them lined up and give it a little shake and shove down to seat the injectors. Bolt everything back up, put the big lines back in place, put the fuel supply line back on the rail and push the blue clip down to lock it. Put the fuel pump relay fuse back in. Load your new tune. Start it up and check for leaks. Took all of about 30 mins for me.

Looks like dubster beat me to it here by a few hours OP - They're really not that hard to install but if it's something that you haven't tackled before I'd suggest letting a shop do the work. Let us know how everything's working out in the meantime!

CJPP has a good video for installing the Boss intake on the 11-14's. You can see at the beginning how to remove the injectors/rails. Same thing for this car.

And Alex is definitely the man. He helped me get set up with my tunes/intake.
