I have 550 cc injectors. Everything is stock aside from JLT CAI. Can I run e85 safely on my 19 GT. Or should I go bigger?

You should be fine. That is of course until you throw future mods at it. But basically stock on e85. Your good.

18+ is dual injection. E85 / flex runs fine on stock injectors. Best bang for your buck and will be a completely different animal once you tune for e.
