Increased build allocation for Australia

I had an email from my dealer on Saturday that the US has increased allocation for Australian deliveries. I have one on order for my sales manager at work and it was originally scheduled for build in November 2016, this has now been brought forward to July!

Anyone else heard of this?

When I ordered mine in January my dealer implied things may change with lead times so mine could potentially come sooner than next January.

I've asked the question directly to Ford AU on Facebook. They're pretty good with responding, so will be interested to hear how they reply. Will post here if I get a response.

Definitely think things are moving, I was supposed to have a May build,
Got told from ford service that I'm scheduled for 1st week of April build.

Remember the sync 3 will be coming out in September, hopefully Ford can bring that out earlier aswell.

Hopefully the shipping and logistics will also be ramped up to cope with the additional production.
With some ships only having a handful of cars, it seems it is shipping, not production, which is the current bottleneck.
