My unit keeps freezing up and giving me this memory error when I try to use the navigation also the video from my usb

I can't shut down the nav app after the error because it's frozen. I have to shut the car off and restart to get it to work again

I'm not having any problems with my "Sync2 look&feel" unit. Will post my SW version later. Please do the same so we can compare apples with apples. I suggest to open a new post.

Try to play the movies from the SD card. This is what I do. I have never used the USB yet.

The sd card is in the back for the nav so I can't use the one in the front for the movies.

I will check into this Monday morning. Never seen that issue yet. Try a different video format for movies. That could be the issue.


As for nav I've never seen that before either. Have you reset system and that still happens?

• MP3

Anyone know how to listen to music from your phone via Bluetooth? Use to work with the factory radio now I can figure it out with this new head unit.

You go to settings under Bluetooth option and connect it the phone.
