I would definitely consider this. I dont think I have anything going on the 17th.
yes it should pass. I have headers and tune. car passed w no issues. I have the crappy high flow converters, car will not pass with these converters. I had to install o2 fouler to get car to pass. once the fouler were in car passed readiness tests quickly. I also had to ensure that I was on the 93 tune and not the flex tune. I plan to supercharge the car this spring and again car should pass when on 93 tune but I assume like the flex tune it will not pass if on an E-85 tune. I am planning to have it tuned for both fuels so it can sit for the winter on 93 w/ no issues in the spring.
E85 or 93?I just dealt with this on my 18, I had a palm beach tune but 2 of the systems weren’t set to ready. I ended up putting the stock tune back on and run some defoulers since I have long tubes on.
I am pretty sure you have to put the car in the 93 tune to pass emissions. I tried in the flex tune and it would not complete the year before then this year kept the 93 tune till it was ready. once I put the defoulers in it passed in less than a day. I have palm beach tune also and I stressed with all tuning that all sensors had to stay on. they did not inform me that I had to stay in 93 tune to pass but that was the only way I could get the car to be ready.
I loaded up my 93 tune and drove it around for like 100 miles but the 02 sensors wouldnt be ready. This is on my pbd 93 tune. I already passed my emission test but just for refrende for other people that need some info
