ikonmotorsports drl grill issue

On april 2016 when i received the drl grill, the left light was defective and luckily ikonmotorsports sent me a replacement light. (probably since paypal was holding up the transaction.)

fast forward to this weekend and once again one of the lights is partially out. anyone have experience with ikonmotorsports on replacements? and do they have an account on this forum?

IKON's customer service isn't the greatest and replacement parts usually takes 48hrs to process. Good luck

update on ikonmotorsports, they requested my info from my original purchase back in march 2016. afterwards its been 3 days and still no response. go ahead and spend the extra few hundred bucks at cdc or RTR. the only reason i originally bought this was because RTR hadnt released the drls yet.

time to see if i can fix this drl myself

update on ikonmotorsports.. avoid buying their DRL grill if you are wanting longevity from it. of course they will work with you during the first few days of purchases because paypal requires that. but after only having the grill for 11 months the grill was faulty once again and ikon ignored my request to help me out.

agreed, this was an impulse buy... rtr wouldnt release anything at the time so i got eager and bought this junk instead

Yeah after six months on PayPal the seller does not have a do a thing anymore. Too bad they left you out in the cold like that.
