i just bought my 2019 manual transmission mustang gt with roush supercharger a few months ago and I’m noticing that after driving the car for 20-30 min, the rpms drop from around 700-750 (normal) to 500 rpms whenever I come to stop. If I hit the gas and let the rpms go down, it goes to 750 but after 10 seconds or so it drops back down to 500. When this happens, its really annoying because when I try to pull out in first gear, the rpms go up and then dip suddenly for a split seconds, enough to jerk the car in the middle of the shift. What's interesting is that is the same exact drop in rpms and behavior every single time. It’s consistent, which makes me wonder if it has to do with mapping or software related. The car has the stage 2 roush map installed and I just recently installed a UPR catch can with UPR high flow PCV valve (with .125” jet insert). However the issue happened before I installed the UPR parts as well. I did a visual inspection under the hood and looked for leaks or damaged connectors, but everything seems ok.
Any ideas? Is this normal maybe?
