Probably varies by state but its not unusual to see the Cobra kits get titled as 1965/1966 Shelby Cobras.

pretty sure the paint was diff on real ones too, the rears were half white/half blue i think?

High odds of being a kit car and wheel/tire diameter looks modern, but like Cobra kits, there are some really high end ones. Beautiful cars and on my list of "would love to build one someday"
