Finally bought a 2016 Mustang GT/CS Auto a week ago. Going to start putting on the parts I have acquired in the last few months. (Hellion Street Sleeper with PTE 62/66's, loudvalve exhaust, Fore Level 4 triple pump return system, Oil pump gears/crank sprocket, 2018 intake manifold).

I have ID 1300 injectors for the car, do I need spacers for these injectors to work? I am using Fore rails.

No they usually come with the appropriate injector adapters. Share a pic?

Hmmm, for some reason it seems like it doesn't want to fit into the intake manifold side. The other side fits into the fuel rail fine.

Mine were tight too. Did you use some lubricant?

I used a little vasoline, maybe I am just not pressing hard enough, the stock injectors fit in there much easier/smoother.

Take the lower o-ring off and see if the adapter fits into the manifold at all.

Make sure theyre all oriented correctly, the electrical connector can easily get in the way when trying to push down and seat them.

A good push should be fine, nothing excessive. You'll hear/feel them click in place Be careful as its easy to mess up the thin O ring on the bottom.

I got them in and the fuel rail bolted flush, but they certainly don't feel like they click like the stock ones do. The connectors are not hitting anything, but which way do they face stock, front or back? Thanks for the help!

I believe driver side faces front and pass side faces back. Whichever way lines up best with the wiring.

On Injector Dynamcis site is says this: ID1300-XDS, for 2011+ Ford Mustang GT 5.0L Coyote applications. 14 mm (grey) adapter top AND (blue) BOTTOM adapter. Direct plug-in. Set of 8.

Should I have a blue adapter on the bottom then?

My 1300s were tight going into the intake manifold even lubed with oil. They eventually seated however when tightening the fuel rail down and are not leaking or anything.
