First Iconic Silver R to come up for sale on BaT! Almost identical to mine. Should be fun to watch.

This is 211, from your March of 2022 post. Sold for 85k+ fees. That purchaser put almost 6k on it, then sold it to the current owner who looks to have hardly used it. Will be an interesting auction for those of us who follow the market.

Well the last Iconic Silver R that came up for auction was a year ago at Mecum Indy. The high bid was 95k. So that would had been 104.5k had the reserve been met. But that car had 103 miles on it.

I think your pretty close on your estimate. I think the low range is 90k and the high end could see it creep up to the low 100's.

87.5k final. Certainly lower than I was expecting. But I discovered a few things about the car. The PPF was placed over the stripes which turned them glossy instead of matte. Also, the owner did not have cover or the supplement kit in the sale. For me when I was looking at buying a GT350R, that was a deal breaker.

In addition there was a guy in the comments saying there was rust on the brake rotors. But as we all know this happens after a wash if you don't take proper precautions. It goes away once you drive the car. That could have scared off some people.

I’m currently preparing to sell my Iconic R. It’s a driver with 17.8k miles on it, but still under extended platinum warranty until Dec 2025. Have the owners kit, cover, etc. to go with it.

Originally delivered with blue stripes (1 of 2 I think) but the prior owner removed them. I’m still deciding how I want to list it - just traditional Autotrader route or do a BAT auction.

Very nice car. My F450 is the same color, no complaints, but it wears better on the 350. BAT brings solid numbers.

You should definitely return the car to original spec if your going to sell. You need an excellent presentation to get a good result on BaT with those miles. Might be better to sell privately on autortrader.

Went to the Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit again this year. Very few Rs out of all the Mustangs out there and zero...zero..Iconic R or non-r. Was hoping to see something that resembled my old ride ;)

Occasionally see an Iconic GT350R cruising past my house out in the country here in Chesapeake, VA. Sounded glorious this morning and looked fantastic. I was the weirdo watching you outside next to my Heritage GT350.

I saw your car for sale at Bob Davidson Ford in MD. They were asking 72k or so, if i recall correctly. A member here was considering buying it, if he didn't, I wanted to. But it got sold pretty quickly. Did you sell it to them, or did they get it at auction? Any stories? Rare R.
