So i was doing 3d gear pulls, while doing the pulls i kept hearing a flutter sound coming from engine and then i heard a pop, i had just installed my tune+ wg actuator and plugs plugs. I drove it to a safe side of the road and looked inside the hood, looks like the hose goin to the turbo is disconnected from the bottom. Is it safe for me to drive like 2 miles under 45 ? Till i get to my shop. I am new to turbo systems so i dont know if it will hurt my turbo.
Any feedback would help thanks in advance.

Yes you should be fine just will notice loss of power from the disconnected hose. I am a Ford tech in southern california and have seen a few Focus St's come in with hose being blown off.

Same thing happened to me. Circumstances made it so that I had to drive with it disconnected for a whole day. no harm

Those tbolt clamps are great, stay away from those flat head o ring clamps, they will blow off during high boost.

Just be careful with the t bolts, it's easy to crush thinner pipes with them, I ovaled a few pipes on my skyline with them.
