I'm not following. Because there are PLENTY of cars faster than a GT350 around a road course same driver to same driver.

Like Honeybadger was saying a lot of cars will run circles around a 350 at tracks like VIR, Sebring, Homestead road course, Road America, Daytona road course.List those cars please.
So you're going to beat the production car lap record set by Randy Pobst in a ZR1 @ 1:26.45?Yes, I have not taken possession of my 2019 Mustang GT350.
Yet, I know Road Atlanta well with having 42 podium finishes here. The GT350 will do well here with the power, handling, braking, and balance.
I know I need to prove it, and I will do so. There is no car that can lap Road Atlanta faster than the GT350.

Ok and your going to do it in under 1:01:02 and beat this guy. (who is driving a 6 year old car!)Yes, I have not taken possession of my 2019 Mustang GT350.

It was a pretty bold statement. It would be awesome if he backs it up with an amazing time.Tough crowd.
Soooo.. the title of this post is "I say the GT350 will be the fastest car on any road race track", and on his second post OP states "There is no car that can lap Road Atlanta faster than the GT350."Post #9 by the OP does say "against cars in its' class". I think that leaves the F1 out, probably the ZR1 too.
Uhhhh, it's not a Coyote engine.It was a 1995 Cobra R and a 1965 Mustang.
I have raced against some of the fastest cars around here, and I think the 2016-2019 GT350 car will be great against all other cars in it's class.
It's also a nice looking car. I have committed to $60K to it.
I have read every opinion and thread on why I shouldn't buy the probably last of the best N/A engines available. It's a Coyote engine with extra performance. I like it and will post honest reviews with pictures.
It's the same color as my 2014 Porsche 3.4L Carrera (which was $100,000):

Technically not, but I also think of it as a hot rodded Coyote.Uhhhh, it's not a Coyote engine.
