Which is why I bring it into a shop to get aligned. Quit harping about this special tool bullshit. You need special tools to change tires therefore it's just fine that they ran the GT500 on 'cooked' tires. Although, you can't adjust camber from factory on the GT / base GT350 / base GT500 so...

Have you Stang guys never had an alignment done to any car you own? What is so mystical about it?

Throttle House ran the GT500 with Ford's track alignment. Camissa talks about it in the follow up video. Of course, the Camaro also allows much more camber adjustment from the factory so :like:

Ehh, cars like these aren't exactly a commodity object, I don't think normal supply and demand really applies. The GT500 has been pretty hyped up(for good reason, it's a sweet car), there's a limited amount to go around, and people with deep pockets don't really care about another 10-15k(or...

GT500 had the track alignment for the Throttle House vid. Camissa mentioned it in the follow up video that they had for the show. I'll gladly take mine to a track day if you pay for it :thumbsup:

You're seriously comparing an alignment to an aftermarket turbo kit? FFS, at least GM makes performance cars that can have something as simple as a camber adjustment done from the factory without the need for extra parts or grinding struts.

Not sure we can compete with the conspiracy theorists here who say Randy Pobst sandbags the lap times for Ford products. My feelings on the matter.. GT500 is a great car. 18k+ for the CFTP which appears to only offer carbon wheels and tires that fall off quick as an upgrade.. too much. GT500...

Well, with IFS I don't expect it to be Rubicon level, but at least all-around capable. Front and rear lockers, proper low range. Ability to fit at least 33's without trimming would be nice. Ford has the Raptor for high speed desert running, so it would be cool if they oriented the Bronco more...

Can't wait for them to get around to the full reveal. My DD Xterra is getting a bit tired. I've been leaning towards the Colorado ZR2 but always been more of an SUV fan.. if they have a Bronco model with some off-road chops it'll be tempting.

Reverse it, for the tinfoil hats here that say RP sandbags all the Fords, yet take his claim as gospel that the GT500 would win on fresh tires. Randy's a professional driver, who works with multiple manufacturers. Why would he risk his career when there's no benefit to gained by sandbagging...

How much do y'all regularly carry in the trunk? I've had no issues getting my track day bin, 10x10 canopy (back seats folded down, of course), camp chair and other misc stuff I need for track days in the trunk. Grocery store trips are fine, other than getting a little spirited on the drive...
