I hate pine tree sap!

Guys what's the best product to remove pine tree sap? I live in an area where there's pine trees around and every time there's a lot of wind, I get a lot of sap. It's hard to remove when I'm washing it. What would you guys recommend? I went to advanced auto and they have turtle wax bug and tar remover. Would that work?

Also a few years ago I bought a car cover made for my 2005 mustang gt. Would that fit my new mustang? I would hate to drive 3 hrs away to get it from my brothers house.

A good sealant/wax will make it easier to remove. Be careful, that bug and tar remover strips all the wax from the car on the area you apply.
