to me, the mustang is just another 2 door coupe. sports car to me = 2 seater

So my Porsche 991S is not a sport's car? It has 4 seats. I would need lubricant to get into the back seats and a chiropractor to get out. But it does have 4 seats!

And I had a '97 BMW Z3 with the 1.9 engine. 0-60 was something like 10 seconds - you needed to pack a lunch. It had two seats. That is a sports car but my 5.0 is not?

FOMOCO says that my AC seats work well and were precision engineered. Trust me when I say that not everything that FOMOCO says is more relevant than what we have to say. BMW says its X5 is an SAV not an SUV - they can say that all they want! GM says its Camaro is the better car - Mustang sales say differently. :lol:

I sold my '14 and was planning on getting a new WRX to be more practical. My wife told me to get a '16 GT premium instead. I obliged.

My son just picked up a WRX with bolt-on's and a tune.. It is a really fast ride!! Would be a fun car to daily drive.. I still love my supercharged 15'.. Would love to have both.

Back story...

My commute doubled 18 months ago going from 16 miles one way to 32 mile one way. I was spending 2.5 hours a day almost sitting in a car in traffic.

I bought my mustang so I could at least enjoy traffic.

Well, I got a new job and my commute will go back to the old 16 miles one way. The wife said, good, now can you get rid of the mustang and get a more practical car?

She is a hater. Thinks the car is too small.

Problem is, at the moment, there are no cars with manual transmissions that excite me. She wants another Audi, but the new S4 is a lowly 340 HP and DSG only.

Looks like she is going to be disappointed as I intend to keep the Mustang for a while.

Sounds like you need to get rid of the wife or have her get a better paying job so you can keep your car. Stand up for yourself. This is exactly why I just date and never married.

I was joking. But I wouldn't sell my Shelby just because my wife/girlfriend didn't like it. It's not like he's getting 6mpg
