I got my sticker and should be in transit. I'm so excited I cant wait. This is the first time I have ever ordered a car exactly how I wanted and it will be all mine. I need a pick me up after some health issues, my job being as stressful as one man can take and going through the Big D, I need something for myself. I can't wait to start wrenching. :D

Thank You :hail: Deysha for providing me with my VIN and info since COTUS fails for 2016's.

I'm curious as to your reasons to order the adaptive cruise control with manual transmission. I have that feature on my other cars that are automatic but didn't think it would work well with manual transmission. Although, I did want the automatic wipers that comes with it.

Congrats!

I almost always order my cars. I have a GT premium on order exactly like yours other than exterior colors (White instead of Magnetic and upgraded silver instead of black PP wheels). We almost certainly had to order these cars. Adaptive Cruise is rare for a dealer to order on a manual trans car so almost impossible to find with the other options and exact colors.

I wanted the adaptive for long road trips I'm always getting frustrated that everytime I set the cruise I have to hit the brakes because people don't know the speed limit and don't understand what the left lane is for. As for the adaptive on the manual as I understand it the mustang has some cool features such as with the cruise set you can clutch in and shift and when you let the clutch out the cruise takes back over. You don't have to do anything other than clutch and shift.

Unfortunately, no. That's based on owner input in Mustang forums AND my own test drives. Its crazy that they don't do that because other brand's cruise control does automatically re-engage when the clutch is let back out. In the 2016 Mustang with Adaptive Cruise, you have to manually resume the cruise after shifting. I'm going to try to figure a way to automate that but its still somewhat useful without it so I ordered it.

That can cause a lot of problems if she's under 18 or if you're married.
I checked 2 forms of government ID and I'm getting divorced so, should be good. Haha

Ok interesting. I was just going by what I saw on the forum. I've never driven a stang with adaptive.
