Cant get a new camaro, so looks like its a mustang...lol

Yeah so no hate here guys. But I was up in the air between a 2ss Camaro and a PP1 GT. And I decided on a camaro. But they are in very short supply, on top of that they are selling for over sticker used. But for some reason, mustangs are still rebated and readily available.

So I guess my mind has been made up... Am I missing something with the mustang market? They dont seem to be constrained like the camaros. This is what I want.

I live in FL and we have Brandon Ford. They have like 26 of them in stock. Some 2020s that are rebated like $10k off sticker. And the 2021 cars are invoice minus rebates. Talked to a manager just a few days ago.

my dealerships, used cars are like 99% the cost of new cars, and they are selling with 40ksh miles on them. everything flying off the shelves, record breaking sales, month after month during the entire year and half. all dat unemployment monies.

If your able to get one then buy while you can as the chip shortage has affected supply of cars nationwide. Along with people having saved up money. All and all has made used GT prices sky rocket.

The local dealer has one at MSRP and I was surprised there are no current incentives. Dodge still has them, although it is only 2k. I may stop and look at that Mustang before getting a Challenger, but I refuse to pay sticker so we shall see...

What you’re missing is not constraint, but reduced production due to a lack of sales. Chevy dealers were sitting with a lot of inventory. Now that they finally got rid if it they do not want more.

I definitely do not recommend that dealer. They add several thousand in "dealer fees" to anything on their lot.

Recently ordered a 2021 for ~2500ish off MSRP plus current incentives.

Koons is back to putting 1000 or so of discounts. There is 750 worth of Ford Incentive it looks like.
If you can't find inventory (or order from) Koons Silver Spring or Lindsay Wheaton and get 10-13% off, your next best bet is to order from Grainger in Iowa for ~9% off.

Obviously you have never been through a drive through in a camero. It is almost impossible to get the bag through the tiny window
