Hpntuners tune file wont save

My car is tuned by a professional and well know tuner with hptuners and mpvi3. It runs well. But I want to be able to fine tune it a bit more while im at the track or at dyno sessions. However, the tuner will not provide me just the tune. It is in the TDN. I have some early tunes but not any finalized. The car has forced induction and several other performance and handling mods. When I connect laptop to car with USB and mpvi3 and I select read, it won't allow me to save it to view it or modify it. Any help is appreciated.

There aren't any errors. It just says read completed but doesnt save anywhere
