How to set up temperature control to work in sync with both

sides with the switch on the drivers side ?
Salesman showed me but I forgot and since i drive mostly alone it would be easier for me to adjust both sides with drivers side.
So much to learn and this one escapes me.

I’m assuming you have the touchscreen. If you do on the bottom go the climate section. Then on the top right either put it in dual or take it out of dual not really sure what it is without looking at it but with that both sides should adjust to the same temp. If you want to set each independently just set the passenger to the temp you want it at I’m pretty sure that one will change independently whenever you touch it.

Hold the AUTO button for 5sec. Or you can open the climate menu on the touchscreen and check the DUAL button.

Assuming the 2019 is the same as the 2018 try pressing the "Dual" button on the display. This is covered starting on page 386 or so in the 2019 owner manual.

Note that using the passenger side temperature wheel/slider will put the system back in Dual again.

Edit to add based on the post above since I didn't know about the "hold the manual auto button" method this is covered on about page 112 of the 2018 owner manual.
