I would do lund now but I have a 3 yr 36,000 mile warranty on mine through Charter Warranty and ford and not going to just toss that away till it out of warranty.

The issue in the Log 46 and video 42/46 shows the problem between 5th and 6th gear change and he adjusted it some and it got better in the 2nd adjustment in log/video 47 but still has a slight issue.

Hopefully its a bad tank of gas because I will not normally mix fuel like that I run 93 only . I'm just trying to rule out bad gas and false knock. Like I said I'm just trying for at least 620 ish on 93 as a norm.

Yes data logging and octane booster might be cheaper but I want to be able to rule out engine knock beyond a doubt. Pay once cry once instead of pay twice cry twice sucks !!

Ok you might be right. I'm going to do another dyno session. Procharger says my fuel is reason that I'm getting bad results so I'm going to run the tank down to 1/4 and the night before I take it to the dyno I'll add 5 gallons of VP 109 octane to see what happens.

That's quite true but there is a 30 rwhp low side and 70 rwhp high side difference which isn't the dyno.
I realize there are different temps and different dyno's but when they say 626 rwhp on winter fuel and 676 on summer fuel and all I am seeing is 595 rwhp on year round summer fuel numbers...
I am not so sure of these numbers anymore. Got the kit installed and most I can get is 595 rwhp with there tune. Not sure I got the same tune as the tech dept uses on there car.
Have you asked procharger what exactly your boost should be with the pulley on it ?
Then at least you have a exact amount you are looking for and a baseline. I'm under the impression that your kit is sold to do 6.5 lbs of boost where as the Stage II kit is 8.5 with larger intercooler.
