How To Load Your As Built Data Using ForeScan

I have recently completed (mostly) the 4" to 8" Sync3 conversion. I've changed some settings with ForeScan, and for the most part things work. I keep getting navigation faults, but I switch from the home screen to audio and back and the map comes back. This will happen randomly.

People have mentioned loading their as built data into the APIM, but I can't seem to figure this out. I have the as built file generated by Ford's tool (enter in your VIN, it spits out an XML style file). Do you just go through line by line and do it manually, or will ForeScan load the file?
