How do i get forscan to load

I bought the recommended corded forscan tool and it says just plug it in and start the motor. I did that and nothing shows up....Just blank apps. ? Am i this retarded or what am I doing wrong

I did. It said to download the license. I clicked download like an hour ago and nothing in my email

I figured it out. Did the eq mod and it honestly doesn't make as big a difference as people claim. Im curious what other small stuff I can tweak in forscan

Be sure to turn off the ANS as well. I saw on my sound meter that it made a huge difference in db with my aftermarket amps, subs, and speakers.

Bambi mode (fog lights on with high beams) turn off double honk when you get out with key and vehicle is running I also added seat button controls hot/cool on sync 3 screen as backups. Just to name a few... Don't have my list in front of me and this was done a couple of years ago and my age is catching up with me...

I did not do that. Does that make a difference in sound, I thought was just for door chimes

Yes. The db was louder on my system. I verified that you a scope
