Have a question. Just did an install with a Dayton DSP. I would like to remove the factory EQ and bass roll off. I saw on another thread where to find the module using Forscan. I believe it is in the ACM tab. Maybe I'm missing something here but when I looked it up using Forscan on my car I couldn't see the ACM tab? Can this be true??

Does your obd adapter have a switch?

I gotcha. Maybe someone else can chime in then. It’s definitely in the ACM tab. Mine has the switch and I followed this video and was able to disable the eq processing in 2 minutes.

Delete your vehicle profile from Forscan and re add it. There is also a setting in the settings area that has options for if your adapter has a switch. Make sure that setting is set to auto/no switch if your adapter does not have a switch.

Thanks. I will give that a try when I get a chance. If that doesn't work, could it possibly be because I have some harnessed made by Hextall and they bypass the factory amp completely?

What ELM is everyone using with Forscan? Should you be using one with the switch? Still can't see the APM to disable the EQ / bass roll off.

Was going through the forum - lots of people having the issue not finding ACM using a
[FORScan Pro] FORScan ELM327 OBD2 Adapter with no toggle. The settings aren't at all clear as to how all modules will show up when adding your vehicle's profile.
Here is the aforementioned Forscan product:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08SBGVGKC/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_V765XYBM1AABNTX5HQ6D?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
The settings that worked for us (nod to eddison here) are as follows, AFTER deleting your previously created/saved vehicle data.
FORScan v2.3.38 beta, Ford Mustang TiVCT 5.0L 2019 ( 2019 MY ), VIN_ 1FA_________96175 3_27_20...png

After which, upon reconnection, the connection scan should show this.
FORScan v2.3.38 beta, Ford Mustang TiVCT 5.0L 2019 ( 2019 MY ), VIN_ 1FA_________96175 3_27_20...png

FORScan v2.3.38 beta, Ford Mustang TiVCT 5.0L 2019 ( 2019 MY ), VIN_ 1FA_________96175 3_27_20...png

Here's hoping this helps someone - we're big on word explanation and picture visual aid. Good luck!
Cheers!
