How do I access the TSBs for 2019 models? I checked alldatadiy website and it appears like they don’t have a database of TSBs for new cars.

You can get the 3 day one (and get access to the shop manual too) - problem is it doesn't cover any future TSBs that without a doubt will get written.
Other option would be to befriend a service writer at the dealership or someone that has access to Oasis (or whatever their system is called).
