How much HP with Ess G3 on pump 93 with 115mm pulley

Looking to drop down to a 115mm pulley on 93 with Boostane. Anybody running this setup? How much power do you make?

You will most likely need a fuel system at anything under a 120mm.

Gen3 coyote has too much compression for 93 gas. Boostane helps, however i dont think boostane is enough for a 115 pully. Top shelf 93 can hardly cover the 120mm for knock issues, so i think you CAN run a 115, however you wont make the most of it since knock will take away your timing. Dont chase 30hp over reliability, youll be unhappy getting a new motor for a psi of boost! If you want more hp, go e85, go meth injection, or at least a blend of e85 like e50

I’m with 115mm and meth injection. Everything seems perfect as of the logs also I’m constantly monitoring for knock retard.

Very sound advice. Don't think it's worth the risk. I just want to max out as much as I can without the hassle of finding e85 all the time. My son rides around with two 5 gallon jugs in his trunk. Not gonna do that. Lol

Yeah, I want something that doesn't have to be monitored too much. I would never keep up with data logging and such.

Personally, as a guy with a 23 ess g3x, running basically a similar setup on just 93, i would recommend the money into suspension, tires and rims, a short shifter, brakes, a differential, upgraded cooling system like radiator and thermostat, a g4 intercooler like i have, etc depending on if you are going for a handling, drag, fun street car, roll racer, etc.

700whp is alot, its at a point where money is way better spent upgrading the supporting stuff for the power than upgrading the power

but ultimately, depends on what youre going for, im going for a fast fun street car, so personally i put the ess on, plan on rims and all season tires and some suspension. Im going to drive in snow so im planning around a non drag tire setup, otherwise i would have gone whipple
