How many miles with tune?

Saw this thread in the Ecoboost forum and I was curious how long some of you guys have been running with tunes? I'm still ***** shit to break my warranty but some of you may encourage me.

Your car -with that Steeda intake is calling out "tune me", "tune me"....

I know this to be true, experiencing this myself and my car only has a tick over 1500 miles:frusty:.

My 2011 Coyote has had about 6-7 different tunes over the last 39,xxx miles.

On my 2012 I was tuned for 55k miles (NA & nitrous), on my 2015 its been 11k miles NA so far.

Put the tune on at 2k miles and now have almost 19k.

Previously tuned turbo cars; 13 Focus ST just shy of 30k miles with the tune, 03 PT Cruiser GT turbo 100,000+ miles with tune, 89 Shelby Daytona 175,000 miles with tune, 85 Daytona Turbo 240,000 miles with tune.

These cars all had intakes and exhausts too.

I think I'm around 9k? Something like that. Probably 5-6k on E85.

probably 4-5k miles with a few 100+ mile and 200+mile trips thrown in. i daily the car every day.

SCX X4 with JLT no other mods.

only issue is a slight surge when the transmission shifts from 2-1 in a parking lot. just tap the brake and it no longer surges.
