Folks seem to be confused by the update. A couple mentioned it was actually in transit to the dealer... one mentioned it was on hold... another mentioned it was likely 'in transit' to the plant.

Calling Ford Performance and giving them your VIN. They will be able to tell you what method of delivery it is on (Rail or Convoy) and also be able to give you an approximate date for it to hit your dealer lot. Mine was labeled as "In Transit" for 2 days because they said it was ready to go and that the shipping company had not come to pick it up yet. The guys over at FP have been beyond helpful and are EXTREMELY customer service oriented!!!How did you "confirm with Ford" that your car is on a train? Is that Ford Performance? Do you have any contact information?
