This seems like something that I'm sure people have talked about on here before, but I couldn't find anything with a few forum searches, so I'm sorry if I missed something...

Anyways, I recently, apparently, punctured a tire and it's slowly leaking. Took it to Discount Tire to get her patched up, but they say the tire is below the legal tread depth (2/32"), so they can't work on it... Well, I guess the good news is I'll finally be testing out that line lock feature soon if I need new tires anyways...!

I knew these tires wouldn't last long, especially since I've made two visits to the track, but I only got 10.4K miles out of them. In total, I have about six hours of track time, which I wouldn't think would be worth more than 3-5K worth of extra miles of "normal" wear.

What kind of life have you guys seen on the OEM P-Zero tires?

3400 miles and rears are thrashed. Fronts better but not much. IMHO the stockers suck.

Holy sh!t, 3400 miles!? I'm guessing that includes several track events and/or *really* spirited driving? Man, and I thought my situation was bad... Although I guess going by your username, your rears probably last less than most, anyways, heh.

LOL. No track at all. Couple fishtails? Yes. They have no grip. I am running Nitto NT01s now.

Good god, that's an R-compound, isn't it? Hell of an upgrade for the street, hah. Guessing you don't fishtail at all now... at least after a warm up lap around the block.

I made it around 6500 miles on the OEM PZero summer tires. That included a couple events worth of autox runs and two hard track days before one of the rear tires was showing cord.

I have 24,000 miles on my stock P-Zero tires...they suck. I will need new tires very, very, very soon.

I've put a bit over 12,500 miles on the car and the rear tires need to be replaced. The stock tires are not good.

I have 8,500 miles so far on my stock P-Zeros. No burnouts.

I had the P-Zero summer tires on the 20" Foundry Wheels. Same tire as the PP but in a square 265/35/20 setup. Lasted me about 23,000 miles (rotated every 5,000 miles). Just swapped them out for Continental DWS 06 in 275/35/20.

I totally had the same plan of finally using the line lock right before the swap...but I forgot.

I have non staggered and have been able to rotate. I have 25,000 miles and still have some tread on the original P-ZEROs.
