How long before you got your tune?

Just wondering how long everyone had to wait before you received your tune back once you sent in all your info. I ordered a power pack from Steeda a month ago and still have not received my tune. Website says three to four days not weeks. It's not like I have many mods just a Steeda cai. I just hope it's worth the wait!

Your a way more patient man than I haha. I would have called after the first week. It shouldn't take 4 weeks to get a simple tune. I would def call them.

Called several times! That doesn't get you anywhere! I've heard "we should get it to you today" twice. But still not tune.

I private messaged TJ twice so steeda could contact me, heard nothing back from them. I even called them and have them my cellphone and email so he could give me installation prices. Nothing again, this was weeks ago, if they don't think it's important to respond I don't think it's important to give my business to them. Sucks to because my job is literally 7 mins away from steeda Florida.

Couple minutes for the initial base tune. Then a couple more hours for the revision.

I have been waiting since the middle of March, I have called Steeda 3 times, PM'd David several times, and emailed Steeda several times and keep getting told it is coming. :shrug:

And just for everyone else, sometimes there's a delay in the tune process if the serial number or strategy code is off by a number. We then have to coordinate with the customer to get the correct info. Either way, thanks for your feedback and we'll tighten the turnaround times.

8 days from vmp and 7 for Lund. Both extended due to them being at functions around when I ordered my tunes.

Unusual to hear that about steeda. A number or strategy code issue shouldn't result in months of waiting.
