Horrible dealer service issues

Hey guys, a little bit of a rant, heads up, basically the dealer didn't tell me I had gas in my oil and they under-filled my transmission and even after it acting weird insisted it was fine.

General gist of what's happening
So I did the oil change last night and discovered gas, should I run another Amsoil SS oil change to make sure all the gas is out?

Just discovered my transmission is about 3 quarts low, I haven't had it refilled yet because of needing the proper fluid, I'm going to refill the entire transmission, and replace the filter. Had apparently been low from 45K when the dealer serviced it and didn't refill all the way (despite me asking them to check) to me discovering it was low 75K miles. Anything else I should do to the transmission?

I installed a big brake kit on my car the other night and took the time to check things out while it was up on stands.

My first discovery was when I drained the oil, it smelled really strong of gasoline and my friend I was working with couldn't stay in the garage it was so bad, I ended up getting high off the fumes and loopy lol.
I had taken it to the dealer for an issue with it running rough every time after filling up at the gas station. Ended up being a fuel PSI sensor (they charged the 3rd party warranty $1K) and they mentioned the oil looked dirty but I had just changed it recently so I asked if it looked like there was an issue other than looking darker in color, they said no issue other than color.
Well I apparently ran it around 5K miles with gas in the oil, I use Amsoil SS but do you think any considerable damage happened?

My other issue is I took it in the replace the transmission fluid with fresh fluid at 45K miles right after I bought it, afterwards it would engage a little rough and take a minute switching from Drive to Reverse, I took it back several times and asked for it to be looked at and the fluid level checked, they said they would and that the "issues" were normal operation for my car.
Well I've been getting weird transmission sounds recently around 75K miles and had it checked elsewhere, about 3 quarts low and the dealer had supposedly checked it recently and it was "fine".

I just discovered these issues and I'm wondering if I may have got any considerable damage? Any suggestions moving forward? I use Amsoil but should I flush it out again to make sure all the gas is out?
I don't know how I should proceed with the dealership either, should I sue them or threaten a lawsuit? Or just cut my loses and never return?
I'm annoyed about the gas in the engine oil they didn't bother to mention and not properly servicing my transmission that's acting up, I do excessive maintenance so these things don't happen then they mess my car up on almost everything I've had them do.

Gas in the oil is pretty hard on the main bearings, so who knows. The trans being low probably did some small damage, but they're pretty simple and robust so as long as it's filled now it should be fine. Bigger concern is finding where it leaked out of.

I'd be more worried why you have gas in your oil than writing several paragraphs about flushing it. You can flush with precious Amsoil just to have it contaminated again if you don't fix the reason for it.

If you have transmission oil changed at 45k and now you have 75k good luck proving dealership did anything wrong 30k miles ago (you actually yourself can't be sure they underfilled it - maybe you have a leak somewhere) ?

Don't waste your energy on the dealership, spend it on fixing your car.

The fuel in the oil was from a fuel PSI sensor that went out, I had it covered under warranty, and the issue hasn't come back so I should be good.
They didn't say there was gas in the oil even after I asked specifically when picking up the car, which is why I was annoyed when I gassed out the garage when changing the oil.

I got the transmission checked and a fresh service a few days ago, it looks to be good, was a low and acted a little off before, but I think the noise was from the engine possibly. :/

My main concern is if there's damage to the engine, I rely on my car for work and drive as many as 400 miles a day.

Basically comes down to I'm double checking any warranty work done and not trusting the dealer.
