I just discovered the Hill Assist on my GT350. First time I've owned a car with this feature. As far as I can tell, it seems to be non-intrusive. I encounter some steep hills every now and then, so it's a nice feature. I've tested it "on" and then "off" on a hill start and it works great.
I've been driving sticks for over 25 years and find no joy on those really steep inclines from a stop, so I like it!
