Hi - new '19 Mustang owner here - 6 weeks now - traded a very nice '08 Corvette for this car -
Question - where are our Mustangs built?

Congrats on the Stang, and welcome. A lot of folks move from Corvette’s to Mustang’s but mostly to GT’s. Why did you choose the Ecoboost?

I've always liked 4 cylinder/ turbos - also we have an Escape Ecoboost that I like the way it runs.

The only thing you're missing from the GT is the exhaust noise, ticks & rattles, 12 MPG less, and a few hundred bucks in insurance costs. Enjoy your pony. :flag:

GT makes power in a linear(smooth) fashion because it's N/A. Some people like this, some like turbo cars where the power comes on all at once. Everybody has different tastes. Ecoboost sounds pretty good too with the right exhaust setup and a big turbo. The mpg difference is about 5-7, definitely not 12. Insurance isn't a few hundred higher. Try a hundred.

We are all in the same Ford family here. Both cars are great. No need for hate from GT owners or Ecoboost owners(yes, V6 owners too).
