Done a bit of searching and reading through the manual and cant seem to find the answer...I must be overlooking it. My track apps are greyed out preventing me from selecting them. Both of my keys are Admin keys, so mykey isn't the issue. The owners manual seems to not be of much help. Any suggestions or experience with this?

I’m having the same problem too. I’m taking mine in next week to have it looked at. Apparently it needs to be set by the dealer when you take ownership of it.

I also tried a few troubleshooting tips (Master reset on Sync3, disconnecting the battery) and nothing changed. I’ll update you on what I learn next week.

When are you trying to access Track App? Maybe it's disabled while driving in the 2018 model, or it may be disabled until a break in period?

Disabled while driving. Cannot be rolling at all. But if totally grayed ALWAYS... that's BS.

Do you know if the engine has to be running? Clearly it does if your going to use it but what if your just looking tbrough the app? You can get into exhaust modes for instance with KOEO.

I don't think mine is available before I start the engine, so I think it does have to be running.

Isn’t there a transport mode that the dealership turns off during prep? I believe the GT350 have it.

Well, full disclosure here...I just got the car Saturday night and the weather was miserable so I had it in the garage just going through all the settings. I didn't try app access with the engine running. :( Probably stupid of me. Just thought I could access other things with KOEO and made an assumption that you could at least access the track app also.

I came home today and tried the track apps with the engine started. They were then selectable. BUT as soon as i put it in gear, it was no longer selectable. Im thinking what the heck....So i took my stepdaughter for a ride and set aside thinking about the track app while with her. When we got back, the track app was selectable. The only 3 variables that i changed was placing it in track mode, turning traction control off and the engine/trans temp at operating level. Unfortunately, i made those changes all at the same time so I dont know which one actually solved the issue. Maybe tomorrow i can eliminate one at a time and figure it out. I know this is kinda silly but i dont recall reading in the owners manual what conditions must be present for track apps to work. (how many times can i say track apps in one post)

You should not have to make any of those changes. All of my apps are selectable without switching to Track or turning of traction.

When I started it and the track app became selectable, I was like, cool. Engine needs to be running. But as soon as I put it in gear, it immediately greyed out again. Do you have to have the shift select lever in sport?

I’m not sure. I’ll check at lunch and reply back. Will be a little after noon EST.
No worries, take your time. Thanks for the active feedback. :)

I'm not sure, that was suggested but I've not found any info on it.

Ok. I’m in my car now. With it in Drive, Normal mode I can access and select everything. With the car in motion I can still access the features but pressing the ok to begin button does nothing.
