Help with false knock

Can someone look at my logs and tell me what's up with my timing before a shift? I'm getting .5 degrees of knock in whichever gear I start my pull in but after I shift my timing goes to it's proper peak at 23.5*

Does the car have other mods besides the supercharger? False knock can sometimes be really hard to fix. My car is NA and mostly stock and I still get it.

If it's false knock, that's gunna be a bitch to find. It's barely prevalent at half a degree. Have you tested your fuel?

Can you get a log that measures actual ignition timing (MBT and borderline) and not just the knock sensor?

the KR is .5 but I can't tell if thats because its continually knocking or if you're at MBT in that area. This is the majority of the 3rd gear pull, judging by how the behavior is different when you get into 4th gear, you're likely leaving a bit of power on the table here.

Yeah I'm gonna take another log today, my tuner richened it up slightly, the car is also cammed with VCT locked out

Going to try multiple pullies today and see if the result is any different
