Help me understand CSS

I'm thinking about a catch can for my '19. I'm leaning towards UPR because of it's capacity but I'm not sure if the CSS is worth the extra $150. I understand its function is preventative but is it more geared toward boosted engines and not NA? Is its effect "meh" or significant for the long haul? I'm plan on keeping my GT for a long while. II's my DD but I've been itching for a long road trip.

Unless you plan on boosting it down the road, I'd just grab which ever pass. side catch can you like. I've always ran JLT and have no issues. Probably catches a couple ounces every thousand miles or so. If going boosted later on, I'd probably buy something like the CSS so as to only have to buy one setup.
