Is it JUST the ESC light or are there others as well?
Just the ESC pops up, sometimes hill start assist, then goes literally a few seconds later or if i swap out of sport/track and into normal and then back.

And the ESC isn't then "off" because i've tried flooring the car to get it to fish tail, and it wont. It's just the light having a seizure. Not sure if it's related to this "clunk".

I know they checked the bearings but I’d be having another go. Given that the tone ring is integral to the bearing seal, a failed bearing can kill the seal and produce weird ESC/ABS lights. Hill start is also affected and any other function that relies on wheel speed.
Next time it’s causing grief, try using cruise control.

I'll give it another torque down tonight...

Slight update, last night i decided i'd see just how wobbly the exhaust could be ad noticed just where the mufflers clamp to the secondary pipes (after the Y pipe) were very close to the ARB holder/bushing support. I jiggled the exhaust and low and behold it was hitting.

When i'd drove without my mufflers on, the secondary pipe must have still been hitting if this was the case.

I've gone under my car just and undone the clamps on the exhaust and rotated it giving me around 2inches of room between the exhaust pipe and the ARB holder.

I haven't yet driven the car (Yay work...) to test, but i'm about to go out in the next hour.

For reference here's an image of the ARB holder and the slight marks and indentations that can be seen on it (which i think may have been what was fouling the exhaust)

Whilst i was doing this i also rechecked all bushings, and torqued everything to spec (Nothing was lose), i also did the "axle test" (Shaking the wheel vigorously) and the axles are fine (and also torqued to spec)

Could this have solved the issue? Take your bets.

Don't know if you have a GoPro but if you have, stick it under there in various places and drive along a bit to reproduce the clunk. May help to see if anything is actually fouling

Think your focusing too much on suspension (obviously) as you have already found with your exhaust start looking else where. Everything tight in the engine bay? you’ve fiddled with loads of stuff so it could be anything.
It's coming from the rear passenger side. Deffo not engine bay making clunks back there ;)!

pull a rear wheel off and check the bushes its the orange thing in this picture in front of the spring. This picture is full size when you lowered it you should have chopped the same amount as you lowered off it so you don't bottom out too soon.
