Do you get accessory power?

When you try to start it, does it turn over but never fire or nothing at all? Clicking noise?

Did you install a tune with the CAI? If so, can you use the tuner to see if you are getting any codes?

Do you hear the fuel pump prime before you start it? No vacuum leaks?

Disconnect the battery again and reconnect all connectors.

I haven't checked the bolt hole design but is it possible to install the MAF sensor backwards?

Do you have a handheld scanner you could use to see if there are any codes to read?

When it's turning over, does it sound weak or are the repetitions fast?

Like stated above, sometimes the Maf can possibly be installed backwards so you won't be getting any airflow reading if it's backwards and will cause your issue.
