Help... cabin temperature is giving me a fit

Hello, hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I've been trying to figure this issue for a while and I'm lost. So 2015 mustang gt none dual climate Control and when I turn the temperature knob from cold to hot or hot to cold the actuator door don't move until about half way through turning the knob and at that point the actuator door moves to the furthest opposite setting. So basically I only have 2 temp setting real hot or real cold. No mix. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sounds like a blend door issue - which is common with a lot of the newer Fords.
