I hear you .
I use a 2 step and I think it helps build some boost .
I think it may load the drive train though(car squats) may be causing some spin.

I bought a transbrake last year but never installed it as I changed my mind when SBD pulled their tranny and found issues due to the Transbrake .
It did seem to work well for them with the 2 strep as I think the had mid 1.3's .
Having said that I think Hellion went 1.3's with the just the 2 step.
I have a 2 step but never installed. Tuner was saying they can contribute to valve train failure so I'm a little paranoid.

Really
Oh oh -Did not know that.
I may lay off it then with the new engine with GT 350 heads .
Not sure how much it helps anyway if you can foot brake to 3200 which is what I have mine set to.
Notice in last video below how it squats loading the drive train then spins when it unloads .

Video of me spinning my street tires -NT 555R's
Not how it squats with the 2 step then spins when it unloads
Man I had that problem with my 13'. Would squat get maybe 50' out, unload and blow the tires off. Think I played around with my Viking da's to help it. I do know the problem was much worse on a full slick. I actUally took my slicks off and threw on my et streets just to get down the track the one day. I swapped wheels and tires a shitload that day.

Lol
I cheaped out and went with the "warriors".
I have them on the initial setting Kelly at BMR recommended but not really done any tunning since.
I would not know what to adjust anyway.Lol
I think the more expensive crusaders are probably more complicated anyway.
I have Koni struts in front and at least I have an idea how to adjust them-I think-to increase or decrease how the front transfers weight .
I may end doing Koni's in the rear.At least I understand how to "loosen or stiffen" themto work with the front and help or reduce weight transfer -based on how it hooks .......I think.lol

I had the konis, I didn't care for the adjustments on Em. You never really knew if they were adjusted the same. The Viking da's are nice they click and have a definitive setting.

That's awesome, car is booking it!It did look a little sluggish outta the hole. I you can get it to leave with any boost it will be a rocket.
