Hello ladies and gents
i like to share my experience about hellhorse performance.

i ordered whipple cobra jet plate kit upgrade on November 22 2024.after 2 weeks or so the sales guy tells me the part is on back order and its going to be awhile to receive the part.so i emailed and called asking for my refund.they keep saying they're waiting on whipple superchargers for them to release my refund.i called Whipple salesman twice and they said they have no such order from hellhose.I emailed whipple superchargers 1 moretime and had the sales manager emailing me saying there was no such order on that product from hellhorse performance .i took a screen picture on the conversation and sent it to hellhorse and I haven't got a response.

I also tried to get a hold of the owner of the company twice by email leaving my phone number so i can get this resolved.I haven't heard a peep from him.. As of today February 10th 2015 I haven't heard an email or a call from hellhorse.looks like iam going to need to get an attorney and take them to court to get this solved. Buyer's beware.

Why can't you just dispute the charges on your credit card?
It should go without saying but document everything.

Yes sir of course.thats the next step.the reason for this thread is for buyers to be aware of companies like this so they're aware if they want refund.i Got with BBB already and going to get with my credit company this or next week.having said this I never had any problem with lethal performance or beefcake.only with these guy.

I get that you are trying to warn people. I replied the way I did because you mentioned lawyers and court. If you haven't disputed it with the CC, you're a long way from the expense of a lawyer and the hassle of a court appearance.

Unfortunately you aren’t the only person to have trouble with them recently. I would recommend everyone avoid them at this point.

Yea I forgot to mention iam going to dispute it with credit card first before dealing with lawyers.if iam going to court ill get them for my lawyer fees too.i sent hellhorse email saying aby out if pocket expense will be added ti my refund.I guess they think iam bluffing

It's fine i get it people are busy and dont want to deal with it.so companies like this get bolder like they're doing us a favor.theyre in business because of spending consumers.I actually work 65 to 70 hr a week and didn't want to deal with it either but companies like this need to learn they cant be pushing people around.if dispute with my credit company doesn't go thru then ill be happy to spent money on lawyers.

Same thing happened to me for some charge pipes they kept giving me the run around and I had to dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.

Best thing any of us can do is spread the word on good and bad business.I ordered an interchiller from beefcake and it was on the way within 4days,
good parts companies should be in conversation too for our appreciation

I've had NO issues with Beefcake same as others have stated. This forum benefits from post on reliable companies as well as posting companies who are Low Life pieces of Sh8t. We need to root out these people/companies.

So i got my refund today from hellhorse and iam sure is because of this thread on this site.thats not how companies suppose to operate.listening or apologizing to customer after the word gets out.i get it they're on sales business but thats not the right way.i hope they do good by customers
