Don’t put it on headlights unless you want terrible road illumination at night.

for my headlights, I went with 3M clear PPF as I too do not want to lose visibility at night. I went with a light smoke overlay for my front signals, and taillight overlays were purchased from anchor-room.com (I went with light smoke)

This looks very good. I have the anchor room tint kit. Have yet to install it. My dumb ass rushed to buy the kit then I remembered how they looked on my 14 when the blinkers were on. I upgraded to diode d back then. So I bought this tint for nothing.

Yeah man Anchor room's kit is quality. It's all good - we all make mistakes buying stuff we don't need when it comes to our cars =P

I used Big Worm Graphics. I did the rear tail lights and then on the front I just did the yellow lense of the turn signal. It really nice quality stuff, little tricky to apply, but cut perfectly.

I like the look of tinted tail lights, but I dislike them when following a car that has them. Sometimes in bright sunlight it's impossible to recognize brake lights.

If you stick to a reasonable light tint it probably won't be that bad on the Mustang given the taillights are powered by weapons grade, retina burning lasers.

I tinted all lights except the backup light (too low to be noticed). For everything except the tails, I used a precut kit with (I think) 85% on the headlights and 20% on others. I didn't care for the tail light film, so bought full covers. The covers hook on the bottom of the tails, and velcro to the top (under trunk lid). As previously noted, the lights on the Mustang are bright enough that tint doesn't dim them enough to be a bother.

Headlight and tail light tint kit? or as I like to call them: "Please crash into me" kit!

I've experienced a "rear-end" collision which totaled my car and gave me serious whiplash. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. Tinting your brake lights is just asking for someone not paying full attention to the road and others on it to hit your car.
