Here ya go, I had to look because I recalled a similar situation coming up before for a P0300 after the owners checked plugs/swapped coils and also checked over connectors to sensors, but P0300 problem was persistent even after looking over those items. This may be your issue, faulty crank sensor, so review each thread carefully because each owner came across it in a different manner.

Thank you! It sounds like this could be the fix!

I replaced the crank position sensor. Is a crank relearn needed after? Didnt fix the misfire.

I believe you may have to do a crank relearn. It can be done via Forscan and I believe NGuage, and some other hand held tuner devices (if you have that).

What do the wires look like going to the crank sensor connector? Any damages to outer casing?

Yes the headers didn't come with rear o2 bungs. They are catted headers
Probably be a good idea to get those reinstalled and plugged back in.
The front extensions can be sketchy. Not sure whose extensions you’re using but it’s best not to use extensions and go with the longer lead O2’s we talked about earlier.
I’m guessing the fuel ratio is going pig rich as the RPM’s increase.
