I bought my son a 2016 Mustang Ecoboost about 5-6 months ago. It only has 36,000 miles on it. When we use the remote start feature a day or two later we get DTC PO25A. This only happens when the remote start is used. We’ve gone 2-3 months without using it and no codes. As soon as the remote start is used it shows up again. The car never idles or runs bad ever. I’ve checked wires, plugs and everything I can think of. It’s confusing because it’s only after remote start and it runs great always. I might be stretching, but could a weak battery cause this?
