Harness to Nowhere

Hey guys and gals, new to the forum with my 2020 GT350. You guys have been very helpful in my decision making.

When I was checking my
Oil last night, I noticed a harness on the drivers side next to the air filter. It looks like it’s taped up and actually doesn’t connect to anything. Does anyone know what the harness is for?
