Harness slot

Does anyone know how to remove the harness slots? I would like to paint or Plasti dip mine.

After watching Plasti dip videos, I'm going to attempt to Plasti dip the harness slots. If I don't like it I can simply remove it.

I'm going to try it, if I don't like it I'll take it off. To each his own when modifying your car. It's a plastic part adding Plasti dip....well... look like a plastic part. Lol
