Handling issues after rear spoiler install?

Anyone notice any different handling characteristics after doing a rear spoiler install?
I installed a 4" rear as shown in pic. At high speeds 100mph+ the ass end seems to float and wiggle. Not liking the feel. Anyone else experience this?
