I had the bumper replaced by an auto shop with insurance and the new bumper has gaps under the headlights. I can see the pins on the headlights that the bumper sits in for support. Also, when I pulled the bumper to realign it I noticed the shop messed up installing the grill and put epoxy on it to hold it in place in two spots where the snap tabs are at. Can I, should I, bring this up for a replacement bumper? I noticed in another thread the gap under the headlights is hit or miss.

Unless you want to live with it looking bad I would have already have complained and had it redone. Did they use oem parts? Most shops do not use oem parts because it cuts there profits.

Best option would have been to point those things out. Before taking the car remember that for the next time.

I turn any of my cars loose to a repair shop. I walk the guy around the car and make him look it over.

Return to pick it up, does not move until i give it a once over. FK'd up they keep it

OP's case, call the insurance company, send photos. Did you pick the repair shop ?

I called them up since it had a life warranty on repairs. They offered to fix it and get a new bumper or grill once they figure why epoxy was used. Pending on which needs to be replaced they are holding off to paint until they figure what is broken on the snap tab for the grill or bumper.

Using epoxy on snap together grill parts is extremely unprofessional! Giving it back to you with big/incorrect gaps is as well.
If they will fix it under warranty I'd let them try but I'd be extremely critical with any further work from them and not accept it until it is exactly right.
