H-Pipe with Stock Exhaust

I have not noticed any drone. I cruise at about 2k.

I've got the Lethal H pipe with an otherwise stock exhaust. It's definitely louder than stock and you do hear more rasp at full throttle, but I think it sounds awesome. It's not so loud as to draw unwanted attention, but it'd definitely more aggressive than stock. I have not noticed any drone at all since installing it probably 2500 miles ago.

lve been there ,done that. First I installed the hpipe with stock exhaust,didnt really like it,so I reinstalled the resonator and got the Roush axleback, which I love!!! Has such a nice tone to it!! But it wasnt loud enough for my taste and I thought with the hpipe and Roush I would have to much cabin noise but after going resonator delete with hpipe and Roush,they scream,but no drone at cruising and you can barely hear them inside ,but go wot, and that changes everything!

The only issue I have with them ,is that my Mpg dropped significantly!!

Thanks guys. I've really gone back and forth on exhausts for awhile now. Trying to decide between the higher priced systems (FRPP Sport, Corsa Sport), midgrade (FRPP side pipes/xpipe) or MBRP street.

This lethal H plus Roush axlebacks is a great option for a good price. Glad to hear it does not drone.

Id love to see if you could make good power with uncatted long tubes, H or X and stock mufflers, got to keep kind of quiet in my hood.

This. My average mpg on my commute dropped 1.5-2 after I put the X pipe in.
