Guys running double keyed crankshaft

Got a couple questions on double keyed crankshaft.
Did you also extend threaded hole in crank?
Did you double key crank sprocket or just the balancer.
Getting short block machine work done and have a double keyed Innovators West HB

When I did mine back in the day. (only because I ran a cog belt)
I just did the double key for the balancer only.

Also make sure that the balancer is honed properly to fit the crank. (and the keys)
