GUARD S550 MUSTANG Thread

This was a traning car at Brandon Ford a couple of months ago. I don't think they've got any in yet. Bill Currie on Dale Mabry is supposed to have some in stock according to the Ford Website but I haven't gotten over there yet.

Nice...that's even closer. That's where I got my 2003 from. I might have to swing by and take a look.

As much as I love green and always wanted a green car, I don't think this is the right green for me. The teal-ish color that shows in lighter shots is the main kicker. I'll stick with magnetic, but secretly always have the a respectful 'what if' about guard.

Thanks for posting my link... those are pics of the Guard GT 50th at Cars & Coffee in Boynton Beach yesterday. It stood out under the bright FL sun. Awesome car, awesome color.

Am I tripping, or do the interior shots of the ecoboost in this folder show Dark Saddle door panels? Looks way too brown to be redline...

If you mean the RR EB think they're redline, it's just an indoor shot so they look dark, the saddle is so dark it sometimes looks black.

More than likely I'm sticking with Magnetic, but I am definitely gonna have to see a GT in Guard in person and make a decision quick when I get back in town this weekend I have decided Guard deserves the #2 Spot for now. Final judgements come from seeing it in person (same goes for Magnetic), not a decision I can make without it.

It was my number 1 choice in the beginning when I first made up my mind about what color. Although Magnetic still impressed me first. A very intriguing color. Lack of quality photo's and the one preproduction GT running around with a bad paint job scared me away from it. Even now with these much better pictures, I'm back on board with really liking Guard, but just not enough based on pictures to take me away from Magnetic. I will however change if in person I like it more.
